circle runs USDC and has an explicit blacklisting policy in their terms of service: https://www.circle.com/en/legal/usdc-terms#:~:text=Blacklisting,permitted%20under%20the%20blacklisting%20policy.. it's the same on base as any other chain.

Circle is too big and famous itโ€™s obvious we need hundreds of copy tokens that perfect interoperability with one another so thereโ€™s no attack vector hold zozUSDC which shares in the benefits of USDC (somehow)
