remember: the natural default with growth is to slow down. you'll start talking about shipping next month, next quarter, next year. don't give up: ask what it takes to ship todaym then root out whatever inefficiency is in the way. it's too early onchain for next year

and yes, of course everything is not possible to ship today. and there are good reasons for going slower. but at every point it should be an explicit decision to trade off speed for whatever you think you're gaining.

Agree, just as every meal has a different “cooking” time, each feature has its “own”development and integration timeline. You can ship simple token swap contracts in one day but cannot have on-chain compliance, interoperability in a one month. Delicious meals takes time to cook!

This hits hard. Easier said than done though. Building is hard when you want to put your best foot forward. In a way fc is ideal for this kind of a mindset because users are forgiving and accommodative. Not sure about outside of this ecosystem though. First impressions matter a lot.
