remember: the natural default with growth is to slow down. you'll start talking about shipping next month, next quarter, next year. don't give up: ask what it takes to ship todaym then root out whatever inefficiency is in the way. it's too early onchain for next year

also - some people never figure out that they've slowed down so much until they reflect on it at some point (way later)... need to keep the mindset up front...
