This is useful for orgs … but don’t think a single person i grew up with will simulate a transition just to use an app.

Any sense on the delay for the user? Outside of family, who else is working on this?

It will be built into the app signing experience. The user will just see “this is safe” or “this isn’t safe” and significant friction will be added to signing something not safe.
