This has everything to do with the changes to CA solar laws last year. We’ve still installed more than 2x the capacity that Texas has because we’ve been incentivizing it for 20+ years.

OK, California is the leader in renewables and makes it easy for people who want to build new carbon free electricity and encourages manufacturing of EVs in state. Every state should follow its example. 🤣
