My experience so far: - Demand for web3 talent is up through Q1. - Most open roles: product/eng/design and GTM (BizDev + marketing). - Supply of talent entering web3 is flat; web2 talent hard to attract. The next 3-6 months will be a slog until crypto gets back into mainstream and we see an influx of new talent.

I'm curious if this tracks with others experiences/perspective or if folks are seeing anything else.

Web2 doesn't understand well enough Web3, many are suspicious and I'll informed. We should focus on fixing our image. On top of that many teams in our space as so inexperienced in terms of building teams. There is a long way until we will get there.

Totally agree, for the last 6months demand for quality talent has outstripped supply. Now there's a real deficit. 100% a candidate driven market. 1 candidate fielding 3+ offers. Our job will only get harder from here!
