I always tried to find ‘the’ local food when I toured and traveled for work — the usual Baltimore answer is crab cakes but I was introduced to the Pit Beef. 

Go to Chaps. Weird location but it’s supposed to be the best one 🥪

My #1 recommendation for when you are in Baltimore, is to leave Baltimore
