Tried another new recipe tonight: caramelized chicken on top of bok choy ginger rice. Turned out just okay - the chicken was tasty but the rice wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped. Recipe below

Might like a basic Cantonese sauce that’s adjacent in taste profile. Mince ginger and scallion and pour a neutral hot oil over top. Usually eaten with boiled/steamed chicken
