@eulerlagrange.eth we went through all the options. 

My TLDR is if you want something simple and cheap and your health insurance needs are low, the PEO plans through gusto or justworks are fine. 

But they are not great plans. 

We used a broker and have a small group plan with Anthem and Delta Dental at similar $
