I'll take a look at your map lol my girlfriend is half Japanese and tells me this all the time — I’m just a hungry boi, unfortunately My common thread across favorites is authenticity and no pretentiousness. I'm from Spain, and my favorite spots are always super simple, e.g. grilled fish, grilled veggies, tortilla — all about super high-quality ingredients and mastering the basics. In nyc my absolute favorite is Raku. I also love Commerce Inn, Thai Diner, Le Gamin, and some of the more premium Japanese spots (Yasuda, Shuko, Shota, Mumi, Torien)

Air Europa is now experimenting with crypto payments I doubt a significant portion of their target users holds crypto or is willing to onramp but if it works, they’d save a lot on card processing fees — and at worst, they could still grow their consumer base / increase revenue by attracting a few crypto bros
