Building poolfish.xyz (/poolfish). A calculator for LP providers. Cooking /hotpotato. Built Potion solo to $6k+ MRR and sold for $300k.

shower thought. the hardest and the most critical design boils down to 3 hard things:

#1. getting someone to give it their first try ‘at a glance’

#2. getting them to do it daily

#3. getting them to tell others and it scales because #1 is nailed 

easier said than done but it is all about the incentive design
