If the portion were 20% larger, I probably wouldn’t have even thought it was overpriced in the first place

Seems like you’re deep in it! What are your favorite spots in ny?

You know why it's overpriced? Because they fly in whole, wild fish from tsukiji daily, butcher them, dry age some parts, make their own dashi, and make everything else from scratch, down to the yuzu koshu.

Been there a few times now, it's great but pricey. I mostly take people from out of town there
