from yesterday's cast i gathered that quite a few of y'all struggle with back pain core exercises can help to strengthen the lower back muscles, reduce pain and stabilise the spine and prevent injuries! so today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 LOWER BACK STRENGTHENING CORE CIRCUIT 💥 exercise with me in real time with this one minute blast! 3 exercises, 20 seconds each, repeat 3 times with a 1 min break...your back will thank you if you keep it up! also based off feedback i have added a voiceover so you know when to start and switch if you're not looking at the screen as always feel free to leave questions/feedback below and let me know how you find it! 🎵 - I've Arrived - Obskür & Tomike

stomach vacuums were the game changer for me when it came to a weak core and back pain from core exercises! found out from a trainer that I was only activating my surface level rectus abdominals and obliques, not the transverse abdominus and was compensating with my back

exactly, classic core exercises were making things worse bc silly me didn’t have proper mind-muscle connection haha (honestly having a trainer to point out stuff you can’t see was so helpful)

makes total sense! i was the exact same with my glutes and knee pain i had knee pain for months and was given some simple glute exercises and bam knee pain gone as my glutes were finally activating properly so true!! this is why cant wait till i qualify as a trainer so i will be able to help people more especially if i do irl events!
