I highly recommend simplifying it as much as you can! If it's more than a page you're likely doing something wrong. If a company wants to know more about you they will ask :) If you're applying to crypto orgs, I'd highlight all of the projects you've been involved with in crypto. ENS and Eth addresses are cool too.

Ofc :) The crypto stack is new, a lot of the underlying problems are not! Folks that can draw parallels between problems they've solved in Web2 and problems we face in crypto really stand out! It just requires a solid understanding of the problem space here.

The first designer I helped hire at OP Labs had been at Medium and Github prior. Knew almost nothing about crypto, but cared deeply about creator economies and empowering developers to build cool stuff. She did a great job connecting those missions to ours and she's been amazing.
