Thanks ☺️ it’s really easy to make. Here’s the recipe:
Paneer Tikka
Paneer - 70 g
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Chickpea flour - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Ginger paste/grated - 1 tsp
Small Onion - 1
Bell pepper - 1
Tomato - 1
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Steps:
- Prepare the marinade by adding yogurt, chickpea flour, lemon juice, grated ginger, oil, all the spices (garam masala, salt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala). Stir it well until smooth and well combined
- Cut paneer, bell pepper, onion, and tomato (seeds removed) into bite size pieces
- Add it to the marinade and coat them well with the mixture and let it sit for 40 mins in the refrigerator 0 reply
