Looks absolutely delicious! Do you have a recipe for this? I'd love to learn how to make it :)

There are three ways you can cook these: (you can cook them with or without the skewers) 1) You can cook them on the grill/flat pan on stove top until all the sides are cooked 2) You can use oven: preheat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. I didn’t time it today but for about 5-7 mins for each side (I kept checking in between lol) 3) you can roast them in air fryer (I haven’t timed it, but I keep checking to see if it’s cooked) The recipe is not well documented but I’ll note down the time next time 😀

Here’s the recipe: Paneer Tikka Paneer - 70 g Yogurt - 1/2 cup Chickpea flour - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp Ginger paste/grated - 1 tsp Small Onion - 1 Bell pepper - 1 Tomato - 1 Garam masala - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Vegetable oil - 1 tsp Steps: - Prepare the marinade by adding yogurt, chickpea flour, lemon juice, grated ginger, oil, all the spices (garam masala, salt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala). Stir it well until smooth and well combined - Cut paneer, bell pepper, onion, and tomato (seeds removed) into bite size pieces - Add it to the marinade and coat them well with the mixture and let it sit for 40 mins in the refrigerator
