use an instant pot to sauté onions and garlic add 3-4 bunches of kale, collards, chard etc greens & some bone broth, pressure cook 1 minute eat with eggs

Never thought about it but breakfast dishes don’t really have veggies -Protein shake/smoothie with spinach (can’t really taste it) -Yogurt (overnight) oats parfait -Peanut butter and jelly-ish sandwich (banana/peach/apple/berry compote + tahini/sunflower butter/peanut butter on toast)

Oatmeal: find this to be the quickest and most versatile. Eat it plain, or another savory option: salt and pepper with an egg over easy, and the classic with a little maple syrup.

Mon-Fri I scramble 4 eggs, sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over it, add a splash of hot sauce. Lately I've been eating that with a small portion of white rice. Sometimes spam. On weekends I want a break from eggs, so I'll make protein pancakes/waffles with bacon/spam

Breakfast shake that includes: - 2 scoops Promix grass-fed whey isolate - 3/4 cup Fairlife ultra filtered 2% milk - 1/2 cup water - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter w/ flaxseed - 1/2 banana - squeeze of raw honey - sprinkle of cinnamon + turmeric Followed by AG1 for my greens

Another easy protein breakfast. Full fat yogurt easy 30+g. Pull out of frig. and consume. Add a carrot on the side for veggie.
