Great pita! Quick fun bake. Watching them puff up they look like they are going to explode. Ever try a pizza? Same dough as about 2-3 pitas. Shape pizza on cutting board on top of parchment paper. Add toppings and slide paper and pizza straight onto the heated cast iron for clean easy transfer.
