In the past, I've mentioned many times that upgrade rights to Security Council are not good enough for Stage 1, and that they should only come with freeze or pause rights. That's why I cannot recommend anyone use Arbitrum One or OP Mainnet despite being Stage 1 according to L2Beat. Glad to see that is the case for ZKSync. In addition, I'd like to see an elected Security Council for Stage 1, a unilaterally selected Security Council is also not good enough. (E.g. 100% – that's why the guardians are there. I'm curious how you think these mechanisms can be made more inclusive? For example, how is OP's House of Citizens fundamentally different from Guardians?

Why do you consider the vast intellectual canon of the Austrian School not sufficient for contextualizing crypto for the Western thought? It’s still not mainstream because of the self-predicted pushback by the state. But a few years into the Milei’s term we’ll be living in a somewhat different world.

Hyper- is an allusion to the early Web. Hypertext is interconnected with Hyperlinks. They take you from any page on any server to any other page in O(1) clicks. Hyperchain is interconnected with Hyperbridges. They take you from any address on any ZK chain to any other address in O(1) tx cost.
