I'm not sure I've seen many beyond @standwithcrypto 

and then there are groups facilitating donations like @giveth and @endaoment and a few individuals working abroad

I’d love to contribute to helping raise money for good causes using blockchain. 

There’s channels like /stjude (inactive) and I haven’t seen a registry of charities accepting crypto. 

I’m thinking of starting a channel for this soon
