lentils, quinoa, beans, chickpeas, seeds, soy milk, tofu, pea protein powder, edamame, nutritional yeast, peanuts basically every dish is protein-heavy, as it should be

btw keep in mind that "bioavailability" is such a huge myth for the protein research shows that animal protein is only 0.01% more effective at gaining lean muscle but the downsides of animal proteins are huge ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7926405 magicpill.link
