I did a sampling of folks, and it seems the data is quite extreme, folks are either 100% "excellent" or 0.XX% "poor"..and also, of those who are "poor" in this metric, I would feel a bit hurt to receive such a ranking since it is dependent on friendship with OG users, rather than reflective of quality of contributions.

I commend your build speed as usual, just want to point out that the language of "excellent" and "poor" may not be reflect the data presented here, which is more about connection with a selected list of users who were on the platform earlier. And I'm speaking as someone who is 100%/excellent by your calculations šŸ˜…

yeah i agree! need better language, grading a user is weird too but i think relationships are a good indicator for trust spending more time a user posts quality casts on farcaster, it translates into trust from more people

Yeah, I was rated as poor (2%) but I have all green checks except I don't have 400 followers yet. Maybe use another word for poor. Like developing or newby or novice or something like that. Someone who is still building their community here.... I tend to socialize with a group of artists, so I am not followed by

i appreciate your input and agree, it's difficult to break out if you're relatively new still thinking through what would be a good "calculation" to separate scam accounts/bots from real people

yeah, I noticed some of the accounts that followed me when I first came on here totally looks like bots. I have mostly real followers that I know from twitter/X. We migrated over together. And then met some new people too. To separate people from bots - what can people do that bots can't?
