how do I start a run on a strava (serious)

connected my apple watch and used the strava app from the watch to start/finish, but it doesn’t show up

spent 45min trying to get my watch to work but it kept uploading to a different account; just recorded w the phone app instead

Ngl it’s really stupid (I’ve done this too). You want to start the run with the Strava app AND the Apple app if you want the recording to live in both places

Since you have the Apple Watch, just record it with the fitness app. Then open Strava and import the run from there (make sure Apple health is connected).
