how do I start a run on a strava (serious)

connected my apple watch and used the strava app from the watch to start/finish, but it doesn’t show up

I record with WorkOutDoors and sync to Strava with HealthFit

mhm yah turns out it was recording the data to a super old account even though I was logged in on a different one on my phone; couldn't figure out how to change the account on my watch so just used the phone app

idk about apple watch but on garmin the way it works is I track the run on my watch -> watch syncs with the garmin app -> garmin syncs to strava. Sometimes I have to explicitly press the sync button via garmin.

maybe there's a force sync option for apple watch too?
