i want to up my protein intake for a month or two to see if i feel any different but i’m afraid of how much food i’d need to eat i don’t want to force myself to drink protein shakes (i don’t go to the gym) and eating 3 quarter pounders a day seems like overkill?

i haven’t done any actual research btw but if you’re female and you’ve increased your protein intake and don’t really go to the gym let me know what your experience has been

cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, healthy nuts, tuna salad are all great sources of protein you can also opt for protein pastas and blend silken tofu into sauces

Increasing my protein to 120g a day (I weigh 160 lbs, athletic build) with a small deficit made me leaner. Throw in some hot girl walks and cardio and you’ll tone up without much effort! I also noticed less hunger, more mental clarity. Protein is game changer! Ps- there’s nothing wrong with taking protein powder even if you don’t go to the gym!
