don't be too disillusioned by the book, it got a lot of things right but also a lot of them wrong e.g., we have a lot of solid dieting data *that works* both on the population and on the individual levels here's my thorough review yabc.borodutch.com/outlive

I like Attia’s generally skeptical approach. I would love to know more about the data and studies you mention. Are they cited in the other books you recommended? (I.e. Obesity code and how not to die?)
