๐Ÿ’ฏ I do barefoot shoes already. Been wearing vivos and xeros for years. But I sit a lot, so my feet need more of a workout

just skip the shoes all together (as much as possible). shoes and socks are toe prisons. barefoot is better. no shoes, no shirt, no problems is true (most of the time).

I swapped to barefoot shoes for a few years. I even did a bunch of trail running in them. It was an amazing experience, but I eventually slid back into ultra cushy shoes. I decided I like both and will probably just mix it up.
