the hummus turned out amazing yesterday, no doubt - but!! i was so done peeling all those chickpeas (yeah, i couldn’t find the pre-peeled ones. do those even exist?) anyone have tricks for getting the skins off quickly and easily? sure, it’s fine to do while watching a show, but still… 40 minutes is a lot.

oh my god! I usually soak them overnight and the next day I rub both hands together and this skin goes away on its own 😁😁

I don't know what kind of chickpeas they sell in Brazil, but after soaking overnight the skin was like nailed down, after cooking it sat tightly and only started to come off by hand 🤷♀️
