my very first attempt to make homemade hummus. 

practically until the end i couldn't figure out what was missing, and then a pinch of cumin solved everything

the hummus turned out amazing yesterday, no doubt - but!! 

i was so done peeling all those chickpeas (yeah, i couldn’t find the pre-peeled ones. do those even exist?)

anyone have tricks for getting the skins off quickly and easily? 
sure, it’s fine to do while watching a show, but still… 40 minutes is a lot.

i was my first time and i also didn't know if i should do it 😅 
i thought that with the skins it would be a bit tough and i wasn't sure if the blender would blend them fully

Never seen someone take the peels off while making hummus 🤔 Do they make that much of a difference?

Although I haven't tried to make it myself yet, so I don't have any advice to give 😅
