i'm not sure what the actual talks are going to be - these are just the community-voted lightning talks but i do 1000% agree we need more diversity of voices on crypto/tech panels in general

and don't just slap a woman on there to fill out the diversity, put effort in to finding an expert in the field (i see this happen all too often)

no offense but if they just pick an all male panel it just continues the cycle of misogyny and silencing women in the space
