Anyone out there who is offering a design subscription service?

I have some questions for you👇

1. What is the biggest challenge when it comes to get clients for this kind of design service?

2. How do you manage (good problem) work overload if you are running your business as solo?

3. I see a lot of subscription based design agency have a key person of interest but then a lot of junior designers under the hood. So when does it make sense to scale up the business by hiring other freelance designers?

I know I could’ve asked AI, but I really want to connect with other designers out there and hear from real stories.

I've been struggling with that for months and still have not cracked it myself - currently still solo with occasional one-off help

I do have a plan for that, you'll see it when it goes live as I'll be very vocal about it :)

Scaling ain’t easy, my standards are pretty high so it hurts seeing low quality work done esp for someone else with your brand on the line 

So it makes sense when you have reliable and skilled partners to work with
