Anyone out there who is offering a design subscription service?

2. How do you manage (good problem) work overload if you are running your business as solo?

3. I see a lot of subscription based design agency have a key person of interest but then a lot of junior designers under the hood. So when does it make sense to scale up the business by hiring other freelance designers?

I know I could’ve asked AI, but I really want to connect with other designers out there and hear from real stories.

1. What is the biggest challenge when it comes to get clients for this kind of design service?

I would LOVE to learn more about subscription based services as this is one of the ideas i potentially want to work on this year if i find the right formula.
