when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual. every thursday was Crypto Club — someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all. forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).
