i apologise in advance for this workout๐ฅต todayโs warpcast workout is a ๐ฅ 10 minute HIIT blast ๐ฅ structure: โข 5 exercises โข 3 rounds โข work interval: 20 seconds per exercise โข rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises โข 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high ๐ถ DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!

This one looks challenging! My knees are screaming "no Thank you" But my gut(belly) is telling me you need this! Lol ๐คฃ
