i apologise in advance for this workout๐Ÿฅต todayโ€™s warpcast workout is a ๐Ÿ’ฅ 10 minute HIIT blast ๐Ÿ’ฅ structure: โ€ข 5 exercises โ€ข 3 rounds โ€ข work interval: 20 seconds per exercise โ€ข rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises โ€ข 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high ๐ŸŽถ DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!
