i apologise in advance for this workoutš„µ todayās warpcast workout is a š„ 10 minute HIIT blast š„ structure: ā¢ 5 exercises ā¢ 3 rounds ā¢ work interval: 20 seconds per exercise ā¢ rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises ā¢ 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high š¶ DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!
