i apologise in advance for this workoutšŸ„µ todayā€™s warpcast workout is a šŸ’„ 10 minute HIIT blast šŸ’„ structure: ā€¢ 5 exercises ā€¢ 3 rounds ā€¢ work interval: 20 seconds per exercise ā€¢ rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises ā€¢ 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high šŸŽ¶ DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!
