i apologise in advance for this workoutπŸ₯΅ today’s warpcast workout is a πŸ’₯ 10 minute HIIT blast πŸ’₯ structure: β€’ 5 exercises β€’ 3 rounds β€’ work interval: 20 seconds per exercise β€’ rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises β€’ 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high 🎢 DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!
