i apologise in advance for this workoutπ₯΅ todayβs warpcast workout is a π₯ 10 minute HIIT blast π₯ structure: β’ 5 exercises β’ 3 rounds β’ work interval: 20 seconds per exercise β’ rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises β’ 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high πΆ DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!

This one looks challenging! My knees are screaming "no Thank you" But my gut(belly) is telling me you need this! Lol π€£

If, big if lol π nah I kid I will try the slower ones first as I don't have the best insurance π nah but In all seriousness I appreciate you sharing your workouts with us! You're motivating me to go walk the dog right now even though it didn't want to.. π the bed ποΈ calls but the lard needs trimming π
