Actually this is just midjourney images then use the avatarify app to move the face. It uses your phone camera so I kinda perform the takes. It’s the same thing we use on all the Regulars characters stuff

Can I ask how you animated the faces? Is this Runway + tons of patience or do you have a model that animates faces based on the words they're supposed to say.
