A <10% carb diet, 40%+ protein, 3000+ calories, got me into ketosis quick I lost about 14kg within 2 months, while losing very little muscle (about 1.5kg). I was hitting the gym 5 times a week, for an hour In the end, I got constipated and sick cos it contains no fiber. It was bad; and I've been avoiding it since

What do you want to know?? Iโve tried it and itโs nice to eat high pro/fat for awhile but I like a balanced diet with natural carbs, fruits, veggies, rice, oats

when I keep net carbs under 30g/day, belly fat melts and the gain in definition is noticeable in 2 wks. Energy dips at first (especially for top range of intense cardio) but as your body adjusts, you can get back to 90% of where you were. The advantages are no cravings, more energy and clarity of mind during the day.

I have done it for about two years, lost 25 kilos but didn't do it correctly as I never watched actual calories in and out. Burned way more than I ate so kinda destroyed my body that way. So that would be my tip, if you go for it, make sure you get enough healthy calories in!
