Can anyone tell me their experience with low/zero carb diets?

A <10% carb diet, 40%+ protein, 3000+ calories, got me into ketosis quick I lost about 14kg within 2 months, while losing very little muscle (about 1.5kg). I was hitting the gym 5 times a week, for an hour In the end, I got constipated and sick cos it contains no fiber. It was bad; and I've been avoiding it since

Yeah about a week on it I faced the same problem, started taking a fiber sup and it’s been helping
