Foursquare 2.0 Mobile app Sign in with Farcaster Map Check in with free form text to start + gps, clean up data later if you get some traction Thumbs up or thumbs down rating “What’s the best thing on the menu?” Don’t store anything on Hubs, just start as a database app and use Farcaster for social graph and lightweight distribution If you build a solid prototype, I’ll spend time mentoring.

I haven’t used 4SQ much recently but man, I was in some heated battles for mayorship of my local coffee spot back in the day - if you’ve ever read the Nick Bilton book “I live in the future and this is how it works” it made it into it lol ☕️

I would LOVE to build this, but I feel GMaps is way too good already. I like the idea of having channels to have different "layers" of apps. What would be the main added value to drive adoption in your opinion?

There was a cool Web3 version of Foursquare/Swarm called Superlocal, but they pivoted IIRC. You could mint being the King of a location, for ex.
