Update to the Trending feed

- if you don’t follow the channel, you won’t see the casts in your Trending feed

- previously Trending was globally computed

- Nouns channel getting active was dominating the Trending feed

- so if you follow Nouns channel, you’ll see the casts in Trending; if not, you won’t

Not really, since Trending casts in channels get boosted to everyone following the channel's home feed.

Does that also disincentive posting in channels? Is there a threshold where things will still end up in general trending channel?

This seems backwards. If I click trending then I want to see what's hot that I'm not already seeing in my feed.

It's only for Nouns or for all channels? If for all, what's are the ways to get discovered by posting in the channel?

It would be cool if this could be less binary: trending casts are normally only from the channels you follow, but casts that get very high engagement are surfaced globally anyway. Feels like this is a parameter that you can tune rather than a binary thing.
