Major block is also lack of accessible and knowledgeable customer service on many platforms. Need more highly skilled and well trained CS people, not just talented Devs and builders. Onboarding is much easier when you have quality CS

Demand from users! If everyone demanded a web3 login for their Amazon account or Apple account, then those companies would be strong armed into enabling that.

On infra: do you think millions more people will get onchain with transactions all public? Especially given the industry’s polical lean and increasing size of exploits, it’s hard for me to imagine many more people eager to provide their personal data to anyone who wants it.

sincere lack of people who understand how their previous/current accomplishments can mesh well with crypto. the tech is far from new... but education on application still lacks. more apps for what? maybe more 'application' and less iteration.
