This is a bet: 1. Chrome (and then Safari) won't have this in a year or so (the model is a commodity and privileged access to the OS is important) 2. OpenAI and Anthropic desktop apps can't do this 3. Can go viral enough to hit scale (when consumers are mostly on mobile). Don't buy it. I continue to believe they a shooting for a talent acquisition similar to Brett Taylor / Quip / Salesforce ($750M in 2016, not too shabby). Yeah gearing up for an acquihire makes sense. Curious to see what they actually ship. They didn't ship much of their Arc AI vision. They've only been showing tech demos so far.

Anthropic desperately needs marketing help and Browser is great at marketing. IDK if they are ~$750M great though.
