Disagree. One of Biden’s greatest strengths is that he’s put together a capable team. You’re conflating electability with executive capabilities. I’m thinking you probably know those are different things.

It’s called Commander in Chief for a reason? Article II Section II If they wanted to delegate to a team, they would have given the responsibility to Congress.

This is a silly argument though The National Security Act of 1947 created many of the defense capabilities that the label “Commander in Chief” alludes to, including the National Security Council
