to anyone reading this: DWR is correct about notifs. I didn’t build them at first in cause I was afraid of being a bother, but people actually like them when you aren’t abusive, and you shouldn’t be afraid!

I really like them. It’s kept my Clankermon and Farm alive.

Push notifications to my phone no. But in app notifications I’m good with. 

But yes I agree, overall ppl like them.

Turns out I really like notifications from mini apps 

Helps me locate the app in the feed, and the notification is an opportunity for the app dev to remind me why I was interested in their game in the first place

I think in-app notifications are a different beast, much less distracting and irritating

i like notifications if it's something I'm interested in

every builder should find ways to put in notifications, but less is more. keep it short and sweet imo

But the 'notifications' in stated are very different from the 'notifications' in revealed. 

So your statement isn't correct unfortunately. It's like comparing advertisement flyers in your mailbox to a long awaited postcard. 

I mean 'people like meaningful notifications' is better. Or even better 'make your notifications make sense'

It makes me happy and excited to have notifications!
