In the short term, it's bad: There aren't enough people in the channel. In the long term, it's good: just like early-stage Farcaster, where you invite people one by one. This helps build a strong community vibe and reduces spam. So I choose Neutral, it's hard to predict how long the short term will last..

Generally feeling good! But also too early to tell :) My guess is that this will end up in a barbell distribution of half casts going to main feed and half casts going into channels. My hope is that it makes discovery of new accounts easier in main feed while tightening up the cozy corners in channels.

I'm a wait and see person. I think it will play out, different channels will try different things, and that will determine over time if it's a good thing for farcaster

I feel pretty good: IMHO the pros outweigh the cons, especially in the long term. One thing’s for sure: the technical potential of channels just increased exponentially!

Weird byproduct is I find myself mindlessly scrolling home feed more. Idk how I feel about that
