The one thing i can't seem to get in order is my sleeping habit. We're supposed to sleep for at least 8 hours right? I can't seem to get more than four hours of sleep💀 I guess i have to live with it or there's a solution?

Because it has become your habit so your body is use to it The only solution I can recommend is to form an habit of sleeping at the right time so your body system can change as well.

I feel it's because of Warpcast, and most likely your body has mastered you. Consciously or unconsciously, you need to be having up to 6-7 hrs of rest else with time, it will master you n it will tell on you.
