Definitely morning productivity. Since I struggle with procrastination, I am a big fan of being productive in the morning. When I wake up, I go all in on my most important tasks for the day and then later in the evening, I just do the remaining. Definitely Morning productivity. It has helped me a lot.

A friend of mine told me about this podcast. Author, Mel Robbins talked about dealing with anxiety. One of the things she said that really stuck with me was her 5 second rule. Women’s hearts beat faster than men’s. On average, a woman’s heart beats about 8-10 beats more per minute than a man’s, even when at rest. This is because women typically have smaller hearts, which pump less blood per beat, so they need to beat faster to circulate the same amount of blood throughout the body. I remember reading this in a medical journal once. It blew my mind.

My experience on farcaster has been normal to me. I was introduced to the platform early in 2024. I tried using the app and I saw that the only thing people here were talking about was crypto. I don't know much about crypto, so I felt it wasn't a platform for me. I didn't know there were other channels and spaces in the app that I could find people who had similar interests to mine. My brother who introduced the app to me told me about the channel after 3 or 4 months of me leaving the platform. So, I came back to try out and I have been grinding since then. Been good so far though.
