Today would’ve marked the 23rd day of my healthy diet but I took a 10 days long vacation with my friends It was an amazing experience and I got to try different foods and recipes Now that I’m back home my healthy lifestyle continues guilt free The point is to maintain a healthy lifestyle while still being able to enjoy many varieties of food without feeling guilty
