I got into a habit of taking a kettlebell and simply swinging it from one hand to another. I do that a couple of times throughout the day. One session takes about 3 minutes. You need to pick a weight that you cannot easily curl with one arm. Then you are standing up, holding the kettlebell in one hand, and swing it over to the other side of your body. You kinda throw the kettlebell in front of your chest a little bit and switch hands mid air. You do that from left to right and then from right to left. I find that to be quite fun somehow and it activates almost all muscles in my body.
